Main House - $160 minimum per night plus 6% tax (one or two couples)

$25 each adult over four

Main House and Bunk House - $250 per night plus 6% tax

2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends

Everyone has use of Cook House and Extras - see below.

Main House

Two bedrooms: Bedroom-1 has one full size bed and Bedroom-2 has one full size bed and two twin size beds. The Main house can easily accommodate six guests. Full bathroom with shower. Full kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Living room with gas fireplace, and large sun-room with dining table. Wheelchair accessable.

Bunk House

One room with queen size bed and bath with shower. Cozy retreat set apart from the main house.

Cook House

Separate building surrounded by windows for “outdoor” cooking. Includes gas stove/oven, sink, wood burning cooking area, and dining table.

Extras

Dish Network TV service. Gas barbecue grill. Spacious patio area with wood burning fire pit. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Fishing pier that extends 20 feet over water.
